METO’s 2500L brewery equipment is a 25HL commercial system built around a five-vessel brewhouse for breweries that need overlapping process steps and multiple brews per day. The project can integrate fermentation and bright beer tanks, service water, glycol cooling, CIP, automation and packaging interfaces. Final capacities are matched to the production schedule and package mix.

This 2500L brewery equipment package is designed as a complete, scalable production line — minimizing vendor coordination and speeding up commissioning.
Malt Milling & Handling→25HL 5-Vessel Brewhouse→Fermentation Tanks→Bright Beer Tanks→Glycol Cooling→CIP Cleaning→Pipeline Gallery→Bottle Packaging Line
Built for stable high-throughput brewing, with engineered heating, stirring, lautering, and whirlpool performance to support 6–8 batches/day.
Conical fermentation tanks built for process consistency: precise temperature control, sanitary construction, validated pressure/leak testing, and clean-in-place coverage.
Stable utilities are what keep production predictable. This package includes insulated 60HL water tanks, 60HL glycol tank, and dual 20HP chillers designed for -5°C glycol operation.
A dedicated CIP station improves product safety and shortens downtime between batches. This configuration supports alkaline, acid, sterile water, and hot water cycles with sanitary pumps and pneumatic valve routing.
Control systems act as the “brain” of your production line — coordinating recipes, temperatures, pump logic, safety interlocks, and cleaning cycles to reduce labor dependency and keep output predictable.
A complete beer bottle line designed for low oxygen pickup, stable filling at 0–4°C, and PU-controlled tunnel pasteurization. Suitable for modern craft breweries aiming at consistent packaged beer quality.

Relevant tanks and pressure-bearing components are manufactured in food-grade SS304 or SS316 as specified, with sanitary TIG welding, controlled surface finishing, and documented inspection records. All applicable equipment undergoes documented 48-hour water and pressure testing before shipment. CE, UL, and CSA compliance documentation is available for the applicable equipment scope and destination-market requirements. METO also provides layout, utilities, commissioning guidance and long-term expansion support.
Configuration based on brewing workflows, not generic tank lists.

Packaging (Future-ready) → keg/bottle/can integration
Choose 25HL when a commercial brewery needs overlapping brewhouse stages, multiple daily brews and an integrated cellar and packaging plan.
Separating mash, lauter, pre-run, kettle and whirlpool functions allows process steps to overlap and reduces idle time between batches. The daily brew target must still be confirmed against heating capacity, transfer time, cleaning cycles and cellar availability.
VandeStreek Bier (3500L) and Peiping Machine Brewing (5000L) are verified larger commercial references. They demonstrate METO’s cellar, automation and expansion capability and are not presented as 2500L installations.

Answers for engineering and procurement teams evaluating a 2500L brewery equipment project.
Multiply the 25 hl cold wort per brew by brews per day and operating days, then reduce for losses and for cellar capacity, because fermenters usually limit output. For example, two brews a day over 250 days would be 12,500 hl before losses. The design allows 6–8 brews per day, so we match tanks to your actual schedule.
A five-vessel brewhouse lets mashing, lautering, boiling and whirlpool steps overlap, so a new brew can start while the previous one is finishing. This is how the design reaches 6–8 brews per day. It costs more and needs more space than three vessels, so it suits high-volume plants.
Size the cellar from daily brews and days in tank, with spare capacity for dry-hopping and lagers. Each 2500L brew fills a tank, so a fast schedule needs many fermenters plus bright tanks. Share your annual target and styles and we will plan the tank count.
Cost depends on the five-vessel brewhouse, automation, fermenters and bright tanks, steam and utility systems, CIP, packaging line, certification and shipping. We prepare a specific quotation after you send capacity and scope.
At this size steam is the usual choice: even heating, fast heating rates, and suitable for large vessels, with a design demand of about 0.5 t/h. It needs a boiler. Electric requires very large power, and direct fire is harder to control. We compare costs for your site.
The reference uses 380V 50Hz (customizable), cold water at 2–4°C, glycol at -5°C and steam at 0.5 t/h. Also plan for drainage, compressed air, ventilation, ceiling height and floor loading. We provide a layout and utilities list.
Size it for the busiest day: multiple 25 hl tanks cooling together, fermentation heat, losses and about 20% spare. Wort cooling to 30 minutes also draws cold water. We calculate the chiller from your tank list and schedule.
Lead time follows engineering confirmation, fabrication, factory acceptance and loading, and is stated in your quotation. Large vessels are packed for containers or flat racks, and we can arrange FOB, CIF or DDP. Installation support is available.
Provide your target brews per day, beer styles, original gravity, cellar plan, packaging speed, utilities and factory layout. METO will prepare a 25HL process schedule, equipment list, utility calculation and commercial proposal.
The 2000BPH bottle line is a reference option. Final packaging speed is recalculated from package mix, container size, shift hours and cellar turnover.
