Jacket Cooling and Glycol Connection

Dimple cooling jackets cover the bottom and side wall for even heat exchange, using 35% glycol at about -5°C. Glycol inlet and outlet ports can be placed at the top or bottom to match your cellar piping.

Tip: tell us how many tanks will cool together, your beer styles and fermentation days, so we can size the glycol supply correctly.

Integration with Your Brewery

The tank connects to standard brewery glycol systems and CIP routines, keeping small-batch fermentation repeatable.

Cooling design

  • Cooling medium: 35 percent glycol liquid, reference -5℃
  • Cooling jacket: dimple plate on bottom and side wall
  • Welding method: welded without over burning for stable jacket performance

Integration interfaces

Applications

A 100L conical fermenter suits nano breweries, pilot brewing, R&D and training, where process accuracy matters more than output.

Pilot Brewing & Recipe Development
The 100L fermenter is widely used in pilot brewing systems for recipe development and process optimization. This volume allows brewers to test new beer styles, yeast strains, and hopping schedules under controlled conditions, while closely replicating the fermentation behavior of larger commercial tanks. It is an essential tool for breweries validating recipes before scaling to 500L or 1000L production.

Brewing R&D & Quality Control Labs
For breweries with in-house R&D or quality control departments, 100L fermenters provide a controlled environment for experimental fermentation. They are commonly used to evaluate yeast performance, fermentation kinetics, and temperature profiles, helping technical teams fine-tune parameters that directly impact flavor stability and repeatability in larger production batches.
Image description
Brewing Education & Training Facilities
Brewing schools and technical training centers frequently select 100L fermenters to demonstrate real fermentation processes. This size offers hands-on experience with professional conical fermenters, including cooling control, pressure management, and CIP cleaning, while remaining easy to operate and safe for instructional use.
