A Reliable And Hygienic Water Storage System Is Essential For Consistent Brewing Operations. We Manufacture Water Serving Tanks From 30HL To 200HL With санитарy Construction, Stable Temperature Performance, And Brewery-Ready Integration.
Sanitary Interior Finishes And Reliable Sealing Help Maintain Water Purity For Brewing, Cleaning, And Daily Production Use.
Designed To Support Consistent Water Storage And Delivery, Helping Breweries Maintain Steady Process Flow And Operational Efficiency.
Vertical, Horizontal, And Skid-Mounted Configurations Available To Fit Different Plant Layouts And Utility Room Requirements.
Water serving tanks—typically configured as hot liquor tanks (HLT) and cold liquor tanks (CLT)—provide the thermal backbone of your brewhouse. The HLT heats and stores hot water for mash-in, sparging, cleaning, and other process steps, while the CLT stores chilled water to support efficient wort cooling and cellar operations. By delivering stable, on-demand hot and cold water with precise temperature control, these tanks improve brewhouse efficiency, protect product consistency, and reduce energy waste across your entire brewing process.

These are the questions we receive most often from brewery owners who are planning or upgrading a 30HL–100HL commercial brewery.
The HLT heats and stores hot water for mash-in, sparging and cleaning. The CLT stores chilled water that helps cool wort in the heat exchanger and supports cellar operations. In practice the HLT is heated by steam or electricity, while the CLT is cooled by glycol. Both tanks are sized to your brew schedule so water is always available at the right temperature.
Add up the water needed per brew for mashing, sparging, cleaning and cooling, and consider how many brews you run each day. Hot water volume is usually close to a brew's total mash and sparge volume, while the CLT is sized by wort cooling needs. Send your brewhouse size and brew schedule and we will calculate suitable volumes.
Yes. A CLT can be built with a glycol cooling jacket or coil, or can be cooled by an external plate exchanger connected to your glycol system. The chiller then has to handle the extra cooling load, so tell us your existing chiller capacity and we will check that the whole system balances.
The tanks are made from food-grade SS304 or 316L stainless steel with polyurethane insulation under a stainless outer shell, which keeps hot water hot and cold water cold with low energy loss. Welds are sanitary TIG welds with polished interior surfaces. Our factory holds ISO 9001 and a D1/D2 pressure vessel license, and documents can be supplied.
Yes. HLTs can be fitted with temperature sensors, electric heating elements or steam valves, and CLTs with a glycol valve, all controlled by a digital controller or by the brewery PLC. This keeps water at set temperature without constant attention. Tell us your control level and we will specify the sensors and connections.
Yes. We offer vertical, horizontal and skid-mounted versions, and can adjust connection directions, leg height, manway, level gauge and piping interfaces to fit your utility room. Capacity can be customized across a wide range. Send your room layout and we will provide a drawing for confirmation.
