A beer fermenter is a sealed stainless steel vessel where yeast converts wort into beer under controlled conditions. This 200L conical fermenter is designed for wort fermentation or maturation, providing sanitary beer-contact surfaces, reliable cooling, and CIP-ready cleaning—ideal for pilot brewing, R&D, and compact production setups.
We can provide layout suggestions, utilities lists, and integration notes to reduce on-site commissioning time.

Procurement-ready configuration designed to reduce cleaning risk, stabilize fermentation, and simplify daily operation.
Configure this 200L fermenter to match your carbonation, pressure, dry hopping, and cellar piping preferences.
Every tank is built with sanitary welding and finishing practices, then verified with extended leak/pressure testing so buyers can deploy with confidence and reduce commissioning risk.
Tip for buyers: request valve list + port drawing to confirm compatibility with your CIP station, glycol loop, and sample ports.
This 200L stainless steel fermenter integrates cleanly with glycol cooling, CIP cleaning, and cellar piping for reliable daily production.
Dimple jacket + glycol in/out ports (top or bottom design available) for stable temperature control using -5°C glycol solution.
360° rotary CIP spray ball + CIP arm with three-way connection helps reduce cleaning time and contamination risk.
Rotating racking arm, sanitary sampling valve, and removable discharge arm support efficient yeast handling and packaging prep.

Fast answers buyers need before requesting drawings, confirming lead time, and placing production orders.
Yes. Dimensions, cone angle, manway position, ports and valves can all be customized for the 200L fermenter, as well as glycol connection positions and sensor openings. Changes may affect price and lead time slightly, so please send your room height, door width and the fittings you need, and we will return a drawing for confirmation before fabrication.
The tank is fully welded SUS304 with a 2B internal finish and Ra 0.4 μm sanitary polishing. After welding, the interior is pickled and passivated to restore the protective layer, and the design avoids dead corners so yeast and residue are easy to clean away. Ask us if you need 316L or a special finish.
Both the tank and the cooling jacket are put through a 24-hour water and gas test before shipment, and the working pressure is kept below the rated limit with safety devices. Test records can be supplied for your acceptance and local inspection. Tell us the pressure you plan to use for spunding or carbonation.
Yes. The conical fermenter is cleanable in place with a rotary spray ball and CIP-ready geometry, and hop additions can be made through a dry-hop port or the manway depending on the layout you choose. The cone also lets you collect yeast and trub. Tell us your hopping method and we will confirm the port size.
Please send the effective volume and quantity, working pressure, jacket requirements, port and valve list, destination port, and any certification or voltage needs. Photos or a sketch of your room help us check fit. Our team replies within 8 hours with parameters, lead time and packing details.
Multiply the brews per week by the fermentation days, add a spare, and leave headspace for foam. Ales usually need about two weeks in tank, lagers longer. Brewing two batches into one tank is possible if your batch size allows it. Send us your plan and we will calculate the number.
Tell us your brewery layout and process requirements. We’ll recommend the best 200L fermenter configuration, confirm ports/valves, and align jacket & glycol connections for smooth installation.
We can design the 200L system to be packaging-ready (keg/bottle/can integration) to avoid future rework.
