Приложения

200L Beer Fermenters Are Designed for Professional Small-Batch Fermentation Where Process Control, Consistency, and Flexibility Are Critical.

Pilot Breweries & Recipe Validation
The 200L beer fermenter is widely used in pilot breweries for recipe validation under near-commercial conditions. Compared with smaller test fermenters, this volume allows brewers to better observe yeast behavior, fermentation curves, and temperature stability while keeping raw material costs under control. It is ideal for breweries developing new core recipes before moving into larger production systems.

Brewpub Cellars & Small On-Site Fermentation
For brewpubs and taprooms, 200L fermenters are commonly installed in cellar areas to support small-batch, on-site fermentation. This capacity enables brewpubs to run multiple beer styles simultaneously, maintain fresh beer rotation, and experiment with seasonal or limited releases without affecting main production. The compact footprint fits well into restaurant and hospitality environments.

Brewing Education & Training Facilities
Brewing schools and training centers frequently choose 200L fermenters to demonstrate real fermentation practices. This size offers hands-on experience with professional-grade conical tanks, cooling jackets, pressure control, and CIP cleaning, while remaining manageable for teaching environments. Students can learn fermentation management using equipment that reflects actual commercial brewery standards.

FAQ — 200L Fermenter (Engineering & Procurement)

Fast answers buyers need before requesting drawings, confirming lead time, and placing production orders.

Yes. Dimensions, cone angle, manway position, ports and valves can all be customized for the 200L fermenter, as well as glycol connection positions and sensor openings. Changes may affect price and lead time slightly, so please send your room height, door width and the fittings you need, and we will return a drawing for confirmation before fabrication.

The tank is fully welded SUS304 with a 2B internal finish and Ra 0.4 μm sanitary polishing. After welding, the interior is pickled and passivated to restore the protective layer, and the design avoids dead corners so yeast and residue are easy to clean away. Ask us if you need 316L or a special finish.

Both the tank and the cooling jacket are put through a 24-hour water and gas test before shipment, and the working pressure is kept below the rated limit with safety devices. Test records can be supplied for your acceptance and local inspection. Tell us the pressure you plan to use for spunding or carbonation.

Yes. The conical fermenter is cleanable in place with a rotary spray ball and CIP-ready geometry, and hop additions can be made through a dry-hop port or the manway depending on the layout you choose. The cone also lets you collect yeast and trub. Tell us your hopping method and we will confirm the port size.

Please send the effective volume and quantity, working pressure, jacket requirements, port and valve list, destination port, and any certification or voltage needs. Photos or a sketch of your room help us check fit. Our team replies within 8 hours with parameters, lead time and packing details.

Multiply the brews per week by the fermentation days, add a spare, and leave headspace for foam. Ales usually need about two weeks in tank, lagers longer. Brewing two batches into one tank is possible if your batch size allows it. Send us your plan and we will calculate the number.
