A 100L copper pot still system for craft distilleries, pilot batches, tasting-room production, and recipe development. The configuration prioritizes batch control, copper contact, accessible observation, and repeatable cleaning for characterful spirits.

Small-batch pot distillation rewards careful control of charge volume, heat input, vapor path, condenser performance, and cut decisions. The still house should make those operator decisions visible and repeatable.
This 100L pot distilling equipment package can include wash still, copper head, lynn arm, condenser, CIP circulation device, and optional downstream tanks/pumps/control for a more complete distillery workflow.
Batch heating, vapor routing, condenser response, and receiver handling can be monitored closely during each run.
Build the equipment sequence around raw material preparation, fermentation, distillation, condensation, receiving, cleaning, and storage. The 100L scale should be evaluated against batch rhythm, spirit profile, utilities, and operator workflow.

A 100L pot still is best suited to pilot distillation, recipe development, training, and small-batch releases where operators need direct observation and precise sensory cuts.
Prioritize compact installation, simple operator training, manageable raw-material use, cleaning access, safe utility connections, and the ability to repeat test runs before scaling a recipe.
A 100L copper pot still suits craft distilleries, pilot batches and tasting rooms making whiskey, brandy, rum and aromatic spirits. It gives batch control and repeatable cuts. For neutral spirit use a column. Tell us your product.
Divide weekly target by runs and convert from the wash charge. This still has 100L working volume and 130L designed volume. It is ideal for small output and recipe development. For higher volume choose larger sizes.
Copper removes sulfur compounds and improves flavor. The pot and head are TP2 red copper (3 mm) with a SUS304 outer shell. Other parts can be stainless.
This model uses a steam jacket at 0.2 MPa. For small stills, electric is also practical if you have no boiler. Direct fire is simple but harder to control. We recommend by your site.
It has a steam safety valve, pressure gauge, steam trap and PT100 temperature display. Explosion-proof parts can be specified according to your area classification.
Requirements vary by country, so confirm with your local authority. METO can provide drawings and certificates (D1/D2 pressure vessel license, CE, ISO 9001, ISO 18001). This is not legal advice.
Common applications include distilling schools, R&D rooms, tasting-room products, farm distilleries, and founders validating whiskey, gin, rum, or brandy concepts.
Send the target spirit, test batch volume, heating preference, available floor area, power and water conditions, training needs, and future scale-up plan for a compact 100L proposal.
We can design the 100L system to be packaging-ready (keg/bottle/can integration) to avoid future rework.
